As a recognized thought leader, I most recently presented at AI Engineer World's Fair 2025 and was the highest-rated speaker at Workday Rising North America 2024. My talks focus on sharing practical approaches for building the next generation of AI-native products, and leveling up the professionals who build them.

Financial Audit Agent
We are pioneering intelligent financial agents that act as digital auditors. Automatically detecting anomalies, streamlining audit processes, and ensuring continuous compliance - while transforming traditional accounting into a proactive, AI-powered operation.
Assistant Copilot & Policy Agent
Drove AI product innovation end-to-end across the launch of Workday's AI copilot, including leading the early access program of 22 global customers. I also led go-to-market (GTM) for Workday's first homegrown agent, policy agent, in early 2024. These solutions cut across platform and bespoke SKUs in HCM and financials to craft intelligent self-service experiences for employees and managers.
Help GenAI
I led Workday's first GenAI product from concept to launch in February 2024 with a pizza-box tiger team. We leveraged fast iteration cycles and customer feedback loops to accelerate content generation & management at global scale. This team was the tip of the spear for GenAI development at Workday, establishing the delivery playbook and informing platform architecture that enabled enterprise-wide AI adoption across Workday's product teams.

My track record includes delivering a number of 'firsts' to chart a path for Workday’s core product and platform teams: the GenAI delivery playbook for product delivery, the first genAI features to market & GTM for the company's first homegrown agent, and running a centralized early access program for aligned compliance and 50% faster delivery for Workday Assistant copilot.
